Core Competency

Ø  Must be MBA or Hotel Management Should have 7 to 10 yrs of Experience in retail/hospitality/service Industry
Ø  Must have experience of handling multiple location business

Ø  Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing sales team to achieve them.

Ø  Strong analytical Skill

Ø  Should have good negotiation skill

Ø  Review and analyze stock and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks and suggesting price revision actions to the Retail manager.

Ø  To maintain a detailed knowledge of section merchandise, ensuring promotions and fast selling lines are featured and continuous stock availability on all merchandise.

Ø  Should have deep understanding of  P&L
Ø  To provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and to ensure all customer orders are dealt with immediately and correct procedures are followed for dealing with customer orders.

Ø  Leading, monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

Ø  To coordinate and direct all aspects of store operational policies and manuals on store layout, visual merchandising and sales and cash management.

Ø  Ensure cost control especially with respect to pilferage of goods and other store operating expenses.

Ø  Reviewing and interpreting competition after in-depth analysis of market information and driving business growth through identification of new market segments and products.

Merchandising:

Ø  Ensuring visuals merchandising category wise.
Ø  Inventory control
Ø  Price Mix

Operations: 

Ø   Focus on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual targets of outlets
Ø   Keen focus on bottom line
Ø   Implementation of loyalty card programmer.
Ø   Handling routine issues of Retail Outlets.
Ø  Staffing scheduling & maintain strict discipline.
Ø  Managing expenses of Retail Outlets.
Ø  Managing high standard of hygiene and service level 
Ø  Grooming the sales staff in terms of product knowledge & customer service by demonstration & motivation.
Marketing:

Ø  Helping in implementation of marketing program as planned by HO time to time.
Ø  Planning to offer discounts & liquidating non moving stock.
Ø  Tracing the areas, which is not giving business & analyze the reasons for appropriate action?
        Team Management
Ø  Interface with Group HR, senior management team, external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of applicable training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate.
Ø  Identify key skills and propose training needs accordingly in conjunction with the senior management team.  Input into budget in a timely manner.
Ø  Build and implement training programmer in consultation with Group HR.
Ø  Consult/implement employee engagement initiatives.
Ø  Support (where required) in the build and implementation of team/company wide off sites.
